    • 30 Down Dog Pose (hands and feet touch the ground while you lift your bottom to the sky, think hamstring and calve stretch)
    • 10 Push Ups

    • 10 lunges each leg

    • 40 Bear Crawls (lay flat on your stomach, push your body off the ground with your hand and feet, walk around like a bear)
    • 20 Frog Jumps (bend you knees until your hand and feet are on the floor, jump up like a frod)
    • 30 Seconds Rest (walk around and slow breathing)
