Deal School Vision of Learning
We will be dedicated to fostering positivity and respect, a collaborative community, and a growth mindset in learning.
The Deal School, being part of the NJ Interdistrict School Choice Program, is determined to provide a comprehensive, engaging and fully interactive learning environment for all students regardless of residence.
We have embraced a project/problem based activities approach that allows students increased ownership of their learning and the opportunity for real world application of concepts. The commitment and focus of the district is to provide educational, social, and service oriented opportunities that will allow students the means to develop the necessary skills and traits to become competent, skilled and productive members of our ever changing society.
The Deal School community of learners shows consistent commitment to the betterment of our students and school community as a whole. We have a dedicated staff of career educators whose ultimate goal is to lead our young learners on a path of discovery, reinforce a love of learning, promote social and emotional growth, and to develop an appreciation and understanding for all that our global society has to offer them.
