For the last two decades, I have developed new and innovative programming integrating science, engineering, arts, math, and technology for both in-school and out-of-school learning environments, offering people a chance to connect with their own learning in a deeply personal way. Deal has embraced STEaM and with it the vision of a school with a fluid cross-curricular integration of technology in all subject areas, especially mathematics, arts, engineering, and science.
